YOUTH RESPITE STAYS
MASH provides respite short term stays of up to seven days for young people aged between 5-18 years who are experiencing mental health issues or need a break from their everyday environment in Palmerston North. The goals of youth respite are safety, stabilisation, and ongoing treatment in a youth friendly home environment in a rural setting, supported by confident and competent youth workers.

Referrals for respite are received through CAFS, mental health services, or your health professional.
